♦︎ 起源 Our Story
一個記在心中的故事
人的一生當中，不一定都有遇上法律糾紛的經驗。
但一旦遇到了，難免會驚慌不安。
我們曾聽過長輩分享，他們過去曾尋求過律師的協助，結果律師都不太理他們，問什麼問題都不太回，律師講的他們也聽不太懂，想找律師時卻常常找不到人。
他們明明付了錢，卻對案件過程一無所知，案件結果也不盡人意。
長輩從此對律師都敬謝不敏，遇到問題寧願自己摸索，也不願意再相信律師。
我們引以為戒
其實當初長輩找的那位律師有可能其實已經很認真地辦案了，但因為溝通不足，才讓人對律師失去信任。
這個故事，我一直銘記在心，並引以為戒。
而這也是我創立事務所的初衷。
法律對大多數人來說是很陌生又沉重的領域，且法律糾紛往往會對自己的人生有重大影響，那種對未來的焦慮與不安，我們非常能夠理解。
我們也知道對一般人來說，律師除了法律上的勝敗，過程中的陪伴與解惑也是非常重要的。
所以，雖然沒辦法保證我們一定是最厲害的律師，但我們能夠保證會最用心對待當事人，最真誠、誠實，並且最認真地對待每一位當事人的案件。
In a lifetime, not everyone will experience a legal dispute.
But when it does happen, it is natural to feel panicked and uneasy.
We once heard a story from our elders about their experience seeking legal help. The lawyer they hired rarely paid attention to them and seldom answered their questions. They couldn’t understand the legal language used, and when they needed to reach the lawyer, he was often nowhere to be found.
Despite having paid for the service, they were left completely in the dark about the progress of their case, and the final outcome was disappointing.
As a result, those elders became deeply distrustful of lawyers. They preferred to struggle through problems on their own rather than trust a legal professional ever again.
In reality, that lawyer might have worked very hard on the case. However, because of a lack of communication, the client’s trust was lost.
This story has stayed with me as a constant reminder.
It is the very reason I founded this firm.
To most people, the law is an unfamiliar and heavy subject. Legal disputes often have a major impact on one’s life, and we truly understand the anxiety and uncertainty that comes with it.
We also know that for most people, a lawyer’s role is about more than just winning or losing—providing support and clarity throughout the process is just as important.
Therefore, while we cannot claim to be the “most powerful” lawyers, we can guarantee that we will treat every client with the utmost care. We promise to be sincere, honest, and to dedicate our full attention to every single case.

因為我們的初衷，延伸出本事務所的三大理念：

「法律的重點在人，而不只是案件的勝敗。」
我們深知每一個案件背後代表的都是有血有肉的人，而不是冷冰冰的卷宗。在我們事務所，比起追求勝率，我們更在意的是當事人的想法。我們會耐心地傾聽當事人的聲音，給予最需要的協助。我們不會為了維持漂亮的勝訴率而拒絕案件，因為我們知道，當事人需要的是溫暖的協助與陪伴，而不是無情的訴訟機器。
2. 細膩且仔細 ：
「紮實的法律研究，是我們對職業與專業的尊重。」
我們堅持對每一個案件進行深度的法律研究，仔細審視全部卷宗與證物，並釐清案件事實。不會憑藉過往經驗草率決定訴訟方向，更不會為了求快而忽視細節、省略法律見解的更新。我們不求快、不敷衍，唯有透過最紮實嚴密的準備，才能建構出完整且強力的法律攻防。
3. 誠實且透明：
「充分溝通才是信任的基礎。」
要成為讓當事人信任的律師，最重要的就是誠實與透明。我們不會為了賺錢而違背良心——不需要律師的案件，我們不會誤導當事人付錢；勝算極低的案件，我們也會誠實告知風險，不給予虛假的希望。
我們也認為訴訟流程的透明化是很重要的。每一個訴訟策略，我們都會詳盡分析風險，並將艱澀的法律用語解釋成好懂的白話。
每一份書狀、每一次開庭經過，我們也都會定期回報，拒絕悶頭辦案，不會讓客戶在委任之後仍對案件一無所知。
最重要的是，我們深知每一個案件的重量，每個案件的背後都是一個人、甚至是一個家庭的人生。
所以，面對每一個案件，我們都會最用心且認真地對待，期許能在冰冷的法律程序中， 給當事人帶來溫暖與光亮。
